Nhean Phaloek a Cambodian had created a convertible named Angkor 333-2010 that can be operated telepathically.

"I just snap my fingers and the car's door will open. Or I just think of opening the car's door and the door open immediately," says the 51 years old. The convertible reaches speeds of up to 100 kilometer (62 miles) per hour.

Many Cambodians like Nhean Phaloek build their own form of transport.

Part 3 Bala Saga

Muhyiddin shameless lies

DPM Muhyiddin said courses run by the National Civics Bureau are not aimed at "converting" people into joining UMNO or Barisan Nasional but focused on nation-building and instilling patriotism related to the 1Malaysia concept.

So why the fuck are the speakers and instructors drumming non-stop that the Chinese and other races should not be allowed or given chances to take over this country? Are the Chinese and other races who are born here not Malaysians? Why pick on the Chinese and other races? Why must the privileges and benefits goes only to those in the Elite bracket of UMNO who are mostly descendants from Indonesia and India?

Muhyiddin know your place before you speak otherwise the Great Divine will punish you for hiding the truth behind the courses run by the National Civics Bureau and for telling lies on Hari Raya Haji.

Eat chocolate for healthy lifestyle

AUSTRALIAN scientists have confirmed what chocoholics have been praying is true - their favourite comfort food can reduce stress.

Food rich in fat and sugar can alter chemical composition in the brain to reduce anxiety, professor Margaret Morris said.

In a study of rats, Professor Morris, from the University of NSW's School of Medical Sciences, found effects of past trauma could be erased by "unlimited access to yummy food".

"Implementing that diet reversed anxiety ... it took an animal back to the non-stressed state," Professor Morris said.

"We really don't know why, but there seems to be a biochemical link."

Using two groups of baby rats, one with normal contact with mothers, the other with lengthy separations and higher stress hormones, scientists found they became less stressed with comfort foods.

"The control group had no effect from the diet really, but the stressed animals had a deficit ... which was restored by the diet."

"(The) food seems to affect neurogenesis similar to the way anti-depressants promote nerve growth in the brain."

A recent Italian survey conducted by the Catholic University in Campobasso, found that 6.7 grams of dark chocolate per day (about a half a bar per week) was the ideal amount for a protective effect against inflammation and subsequent cardiovascular disease.

Another Clone Bastard

Jerlun parliamentarian Mukhriz Mahathir said he is prepared to accept candidacy for the Kota Siputeh by-election, if nominated.

These clone bastard are interested in getting nominated for a post. Do some worklah. So far what has he done for the people beside getting rich with APs cronies?

Look no further, for the truth is here

Rosmah the C4 expert murderer can now teach the army and police how to kill.

Does the government care about the death in floods?

I grew up hearing and reading about the yearly floods in the East Coast. It had become a norm that the government, NGOs and volunteers will supply food, water and shelter for the evacuees. Once the floods subside everyone go back to their normal routine and forget about it. The families who have lost their loved ones in the floods will have to accept it is the will of Allah such events take place yearly.

I cannot accept such excuse.

Allah had blessed this country with enormous amount of minerals such as oil, coal, tin, timber, cocoa, rubber etc.........Malaysia was once the richest country in South East Asia. Today we are at par with Vietnam. Thanks to Mahathir, Daim, Yaacob, Pak Lah, Khairy, Khir, Najib and many others.

The Leaders we have are all educated overseas. But none of them had shown concern to do something about the yearly flood. Not a single study was ever done. No money put aside to build artificial embankment. Many things could be done if the Leaders had cared enough for the people.

We had the money and brain but the Leaders were selfish, greedy and mean.

Due to Global warming Malaysia is not prepared for more floods and drought which had already started and will go on till the year 2020. The prediction that the world will end in December 2012 that was published worldwide should not be taken lightly. Countries like Japan, Korea, China, Germany and Belgium have already started making preparation for the big bang which they foresee will be full blown in December 2012 right till the end of 2020. These countries are working non-stop making tunnels, storage tanks for water and food, solar panels as alternative for electricity, artificial embankments to save as many lives possible when the time comes.

Back home the government is interested in building corridors, corridors and more corridors and scamming the people.

How many more have to die before the UMNO government can be banished from our lives?

What about Rosmah the C4 Murderer?

Media and certain bloggers are calling Chin Peng a Butcher Murderer.

What Chin Peng did was to get rid of the British to gain independence for this country? But through twisted political events he became the black sheep.

In any war there are bound to be innocent victims being killed.

I too have lost family members during the Communist and Japanese period.

Why must these certain people make a big issue out of an event that took place even before they were born? These people are only interested in stopping Chin Peng from coming home because he is a Chinese. Had Chin Peng converted to Muslim I believe these same people would welcome him with a red carpet.

Today we have a Prime Minister's wife who had killed an innocent foreigner using C4. The same people plus UMNO members and media are making a big fuss over Chin Peng's desire to return to Malaysia are silent over her crime. The big mouth Mahathir is also very quiet.

Why must we tolerate such a crime and behaviour of a woman just because she is married to the late Tun Razak's eldest son Najib, who happens to be the Prime Minister of Malaysia today.

Najib and Rosmah are presently overseas. They are brazen to meet foreigners knowing their secrets have been exposed round the world.

Would you be happy to shake hand with a murderer?

Order to kill

Rosmah had hit the roof and had given out the order to finish off Bala and his family.

The police and special squad are all out to search and find the original recording and seven people's lives are in danger. Certain events will take place to look like an accident.

Pray that all these people are smart enough to safe guard themselves and family.

So now that Najib and his Deputy are not in the country, question is WHO IS RUNNING MALAYSIA????

Clean thou home first

Najib has no right to barged into MCA to solve their problems. One can give advice or opinions, suggestions or even talk cock on the internet. To interfere is a NO, NO.

If any non-Malays were to do that to UMNO, God have mercy on that particular person and the rest of the community because then it is the other race that wants to take over the country and the next thing you know the UMNO members will raise the issue of May 13 etc and off you go for a vacation in Kamunting.

It would be best and good for the Chinese Community to decide the fate of MCA since they have become irrelevant to the Chinese. The Chinese on the whole are more mature than the other races and they will do what is right for the future.

It would be an honour for all Malaysians if Najib would divorce Rosmah and use his energy to solve his corrupted Ministries and Civil Servants.

Have you started cleaning your own home Najib?????????????????????

The battered husband who snapped

Anthony Sherna killed his partner after suffering years of abuse.

For almost 20 years he submitted in order to keep the peace. When she demanded he change his surname to prove he loved her, he agreed.

When she insisted he not see his friends or family, he complied. When she taunted him by resuming an affair with a former boyfriend and suggested he ''grow some balls'', he swallowed the insults.

When she said he was too smelly to use the toilet at home, he restrained himself until he arrived at work. When she refused to let him sleep in their double bed, he dossed down in the spare room on a camp stretcher.

He was sole breadwinner but she rationed his cigarettes - just 12 each day - and controlled their money. Each week after withdrawing the housekeeping money he handed over the cash, his ATM card and receipts.

Now, compliant as ever, Anthony Sherna, 41, is in the Homicide Squad offices with nothing to hide. ''I then lost my temper,'' he tells detective Nigel L'Estrange. ''I lost my temper, and I strangled her with the dressing-gown cord until she could no longer breathe.''

The trigger, he says, was when Susanne Wild stormed into the laundry of their Tarneit home, in Melbourne's outer west, where he was rocking Hubble, their pet terrier to sleep. That was part of his routine. She was drunk. That was part of her routine.

''Hubble just shook like a, really frightened … that upset me very much [and] she started mouthing off at me again,'' he says.

''She - God, I couldn't believe what I had done. Her legs come from under her so they were back from the knee. She was just lying there.''

Almost three weeks ago Sherna was acquitted of murder, and convicted of manslaughter. It was not only about the dog. She was abusing him about a mobile phone bill, too. Angry, drunk and not wanting to stop himself, he killed just after midnight on February 2 last year.

Today, the last act of their tragic relationship will play out when Justice David Beach sentences Sherna.

Before Victoria's homicide laws changed in 2005, Sherna might have used the abuses of his 18-year relationship to invoke provocation as his defence. Provocation - a partial excuse for homicide intended for less heinous killings - could result in a manslaughter conviction. It became discredited when relied on by spurned lovers to justify killing their partners.

Its abolition was accompanied by the introduction of ''defensive homicide'', which was conceived to account for killings in the context of sustained domestic violence, such as a battered woman killing her tormentor.

Sherna's barrister, Jane Dixon, SC, said during the pre-sentence hearing that with provocation abolished, Sherna's case was ''uncharted territory''. His sentence would ''have to sit well against cases where the accused is a female and has been subjected to psychological domination or abuse''.

After the killing, Sherna fled the house, played poker machines for several hours, spent an hour with a prostitute at a brothel and drank himself into a stupor, sleeping until midday. He woke asking himself: ''Shit … what the hell have you done?''

''So I went and saw … so … because I don't have family or friends, I didn't know what to do. I didn't know who I should speak to. I didn't know anything.''

Indeed, it seems that soon after the 23-year-old Chernishoff - his family name before he changed it at his partner's insistence - met the then 35-year-old Susie Wild, he lost any sense of autonomy.

His story poses the question: why did he not leave some time in the 15 years he was sleeping alone in a spare room?

Healthy relationships do not necessarily require equal power sharing, says a family therapist, Sue Jackson, but over time it does tend to be roughly divided between couples.

''It's not like there is a template where you can say in healthy relationships power is always equal,'' Jackson says. ''But when you are talking about a situation where there's extremes, you do find often that there's a power differential that insidiously over the years becomes more extreme.''

And with the exercise of power, the dominant partner can become ever more controlling. Central to this, Jackson says, is the isolation of the less powerful. ''Over time their self-esteem diminishes, and if isolated long enough, they blame themselves for their position.

''It can become very hard for some people to acknowledge what is happening to them at home because they feel so foolish and full of shame.''

In another life, Tony Sherna would at least have had someone in whom to confide. That was the life centred around the Clayton Youth Club and a tight circle of mates from schooldays.

At 23, Sherna was an avid suburban cricketer. The seventh-born of eight siblings, he was buying a house with his brother, Peter. Two friends shared the place to help with expenses.

He was the antithesis of the isolate who was presented to the Supreme Court charged with murder. He had ties to friends and family, but his complete recollection of his love of sport is telling: ''I loved cricket. I never missed a training or a game, prior to meeting Susie, and then I stopped altogether. She did not like me sharing my time with others. Eventually, she made me choose.''

They met in 1989. Wild had left one life - in Tasmania - after losing custody of her six-year-old son.

She was estranged from her family - she would have no contact with her mother for many years, only phoning her late at night when she was drunk - and while she told Sherna she once had a son, she said the boy was killed in a road accident. Sherna would be shaken years later to learn the boy was alive.

Initially, Sherna was infatuated with Wild. She moved in with him and his life changed utterly.

During a party at his mother's house, Wild claimed that Peter Chernishoff and two of Sherna's friends had made passes at her.

That was the start of a process which ended with Sherna as estranged from his family as she was from hers.

They moved often, sharing 13 homes over the 18 years they spent together. He was barred from using the toilet at home: ''Susanne said I stunk and I was filthy if I used the toilet for number two. She made me go to the Glen Shopping Centre.''

She was agoraphobic, refusing to leave home for long periods, but also an obsessive shopper for furnishings. Retail excursions were their only outlet: he would chauffeur her because she did not drive.

They were friendless but shared a crutch: he drank eight cans of beer daily, while she drank up to eight bottles of red wine a week.

A forensic psychologist, Jeffrey Cummins, testified that Sherna suffered a chronic mood disorder, was depressed, and compensated by becoming a workaholic and alcoholic.

Early in their relationship Wild openly resumed an affair with a former boyfriend, Michael Bennis. Wild called Sherna ''a weak little bastard'' for tolerating the liaison.

However, Wild regularly accused him of infidelity, calling him at work and telling him to ''pull his pants up and put the bitch on'' the phone.

The account of their lives together is his alone, but there were witnesses to parts of his story. A co-worker corroborated Wild's frequent, harassing phone calls. Wild rang up to 12 times a shift, the co-worker said. The interference cost him the chance of promotion.

At irregular intervals Wild worried Sherna's mother in the early morning with drunken, abusive phone calls.

Nor did Wild spare the neighbours: one said he tried to sell his house because of Wild's abuse and aggression; another recorded Wild's protracted abuse after he installed a spa and Wild shouted that he was ''a lazy prick'' who should get to work.

Another related how Wild acted as overseer as Sherna weeded the garden, directing him to weeds he had missed, and of her dominance: ''[Susie] would always have a say and he would be in the background''.

Still another said Sherna and Wild had to be evicted from his house after Wild forcefully insisted the man and his newly pregnant wife rid themselves of their dogs for the baby's sake.

By the time of the killing, the court heard, Sherna had endured 18 years of daily humiliation, degradation, embarrassment and put-downs.

Cummins said Sherna showed signs of ''battered woman syndrome''.

A counselling psychologist, Jo Marston, says men and women stay in abusive relationships for similar reasons: fear of loneliness or financial hardship, the hope of change, or a commitment to the relationship. ''I have worked with a lot of domestic violence cases and it's not always the woman who is being abused, but almost always they are lonely, isolated people with very low self-esteem [without] the ability to assert their own wants. Their whole lives are about acquiescing in the hope that brings some sort of reward.''

The Chernishoff family - Sherna's siblings - knew about domestic violence and impotence. Their mother was abused by their alcoholic father, and divorced him when Sherna was a toddler. Sherna's vision was damaged in-utero when his father punched his mother in the stomach.

Sherna did maintain episodic contact with his family. That is how his first confession of the killing was days later to his mother, and how the police came to be knocking on his door.

His mother having since died, his trial was observed by a loyal and solemn extended family of aunts and siblings. Perhaps when his time for release comes, he will revert to the name Chernishoff.

For now he appears eminently fit for rehabilitation. He has taken a life, yet is an unlikely candidate for the company of killers. But account must also be made for those moments when he closed on Susanne Wild with a cord in his hands and chose not to hear her terrible plea: ''Tony, no. Don't do it.''
**************************************************************************************
Abused husbands are seldom reported to the police, NGOs or media. Men have too much pride to allow their secrets to be known in public.

I am aware of four men who are being abused and belittle by their wives. Tan Sri, A Tan Sri's brother, Tun and a Tun's son-in-law.

The stories are told by the abused men themselves, from the high society wives' relatives and being witness to some of the abuses.

For the past thirty years or so, our society have changed from a family oriented to materialistic. Everything is about money and position.

Money is important to survive but too much money bring about abuses of different kind.

The four abused men are not from middle class society but the cream of the elite class. They have no worries for money or position. Their wives can call up the media and their pictures and humble good work would be in the news the next day.

There was this one time that this particular wife was not happy with the dinner meal that was bought by the husband. She threw the meal onto the kitchen and dining floor. She called me to the house to witness how stupid and ungrateful her husband was. She yelled and scolded her husband with sarcastic words and condemn his family members etc. It took me five hours to calm her down and she insisted her husband clean up the mess she created. For the next ten days she continued to verbally abused him and pegged his penis with a clothes peg.

The second is an incident that was uncalled for. This husband just returned from a meeting. As it was late he locked the front door and went to sleep, not knowing that the wife did not take the house keys with her. When she came back, she could not get in. As the house is almost sound proof the poor man did not hear the shouting and banging. The woman got hold of some relatives and broke the front door. She then proceeded to the master bedroom to beat the husband. The poor man aroused from his sleep not knowing what happened got a thrashing. They fought for three days and two nights without sleeping. The wife is bitchy and arrogant thinking she is Lady Diana, cannot get along with her husband's staff and many of them left though they had been working for many years. I often see her begging the staff on the roadside to come back because after some time nobody could work there. Even the maids in the house cannot last long. So the poor husband got to wash the dishes and clean the toilets.

There are many more stories to be told but these two are upsetting enough for now.

Kabata

Part 4 Bala

THE CORRIDORS OF POWER

Raja Petra Kamarudin

Q 55. Why did you not tell them the truth about the way the 2nd statutory declaration was made since you had your family with you and they were all safe?

A. I was still in a state of confusion and was still concerned for the safety of my family. I was made aware that Deepak had some very powerful connections, especially after meeting the Malay VIP Datuk at The Curve a few nights previously and his advice was still in my mind.

I was also surprised at how far Deepak’s connections reached as he seemed capable of organising things in different countries and had even arranged a Thai woman to apply for our Indian visas in Bangkok.

At that time I had no idea what to expect so I felt I should follow their advice until I could think more clearly as I had my family to consider as I did not want them to be harmed.

My family and I were also in a foreign country with no access to finances.

Q 56. Did you communicate with anyone after this?

A. Yes. ASP Suresh called me from KL and advised me to change hotels so that the police officers from KL would not be able to contact me again if they required a further statement.

He also informed me to call my nephew in KL and ask him to stop talking to the press and to avoid holding any more candle light vigils as this was making Deepak feel uneasy. I then called my nephew and told him to stop all activities of this nature and he agreed. (See the video here: Stop the campaign, PI tells nephew)

Q 57. Did you change hotels?

A. Yes, we moved to the Beverly Hills Hotel. It was while we were at this new hotel that I received news from Rajesh that our visas could not be done in time as it would take at least 5 working days to process.

Deepak then arranged for a moneychanger, to whom he was acquainted, to pay me 100,000 Thai Baht for my expenses. I then waited for further instructions at this hotel.

Q 58. What happened after that?

A. At about 2.30 pm on the 11th July Rajesh called me to tell me to go to the airport to collect some e-tickets he had arranged for my family and I to fly to Kathmandu, so we packed our bags and headed to the airport.

However when we reached the airport Rajesh called and told me the flight had only been arranged for the next morning at 10.00 am. We then took a taxi back into town and checked into another hotel.

The next morning we returned to the airport, picked up our tickets and flew on a Thai Airways flight to Kathmandu.

Q 59. What happened when you landed in Kathmandu?

A. We were met at the airport by a representative of the Yak & Yeti Hotel who drove us to that hotel.

Q 60. Why was it necessary for you to fly to Kathmandu?

A. Before we could enter India we needed to apply for our Indian visas, which we had not been able to get in Bangkok.

ASP Suresh told me Deepak did not want us to stay in Bangkok any longer as the police knew we were there and that is why he wanted us to leave to Kathmandu so we could apply for our visas there.

Q 61. How long did you spend in Kathmandu?

A. We had applied to the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu for our Indian visas. After we managed to obtain 1-month visas for India, we left Kathmandu for New Delhi. This was on the 22nd July. We had spent approximately 10 days in Kathmandu.

Q 62. How long did you spend in Delhi?

A. We stayed in a hotel in Delhi for 2 nights before flying to Madurai en-route to Madras.

Q 63. How did you manage to extend your 1-month visas?

A. Our visas expired on the 21st August 2008. Deepak’s people had promised to get an extension for 1 year for us but nothing was done. So I had to get a 1-month extension for myself and my family till 20th September 2008.

I then sent my wife and children back to KL to stay with my mother-in-law in Segambut without Deepak’s knowledge.

I remained in Madras trying to get my visa extended. Deepak’s agent called Kumar tried to help me but after 5 months nothing had happened. I complained about this to Deepak and ASP Suresh when they visited me in Chennai. Deepak called Kumar who returned the passport to me with a sick certificate saying I could not have left the country due to an illness. This had to be done as I was then in India illegally as my visa had expired.

I then asked for help from my wife’s uncle who is a State Exco Member for Karaikal district. He managed to get my visa extended until 5th September 2009.

Q 64. Did you return to Malaysia during this period?

A. Yes, I returned a few times to sort out some of my personal affairs. Each time I returned I entered the country via Thailand across the Malaysia-Thai border at Bukit Kayu Hitam and left the same way. I did not go through Malaysian immigration.

I did not contact anyone each time I returned as I was afraid Deepak would find out. The only person who knew I had returned to Malaysia was ASP Suresh but he did not let Deepak know. He was upset with me for allowing my wife and children to return to Malaysia but I explained to him that my children needed to be educated and they could not get into a local school in Chennai.

Whenever I returned to Malaysia I used to stay with my wife and mother-in-law in Segambut.

Q 65. Where did your wife stay all the time she was in Malaysia?

A. She stayed with my mother-in-law in Segambut and managed to get my children into a school in Sentul. She did come to Chennai a few times with the children to visit me.

Q 66. Where are your wife and children now?

A. They are at present in Chennai. I managed to enrol my 2 eldest children into a school there. My wife may return to KL so that my youngest child can receive his schooling there. I will have to stay with my eldest two children in Chennai.

Q 67. Can you remember the dates you returned to Malaysia?

A. Yes, I was in KL from the 16.02.2009 to the 05.03.2009. During this period I met Deepak at his office in Sungai Besi. He was very worried I had returned to Malaysia and asked me to go back to Chennai immediately. He warned me that my life would be in danger if I stayed any longer.

The second time I returned to Malaysia was from the 11.04.2009 to the 02.05.2009.

The third time I returned to Malaysia was at the end of July 2009.

Q 68. What did you do when you returned at the end of July?

A. I decided to contact my lawyer Americk Sidhu and explain to him exactly what had happened to me over the past 1 year as I was very unhappy with the situation I was in.

Part 3 Malaysia First Lady A Murderer

WHY ARE THE UMNO BASTARDS AND MAHATHIR SO QUIET OVER THIS? HUDUD LAW FOR ROSMAH AND NAJIB?????????????????????????

Biofuel for the future

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has a lofty goal. By 2030 he wants his country of Brazil to be the world`s largest biofuel supplier. Brazil wants to supply the world with cheap ethanol from their sugarcane. Many consider ethanol to be the answer to global warming.

Last year, Brazil produced almost 26 billion liters of ethanol. By 2017 production is projected to be 53 billion liters.

Over thirty countries currently use ethanol along with gasoline. The US has stipulated that by 2012 approximately 15 percent of its fuel will be ethanol. The EU`s goal is for biofuel to make up 10 percent of its gasoline by 2020. Sweden is in the lead of the biofuel race. Last year they entered into an agreement with Brazil for 115 million liters of biofuel.

President Lula envisions Brazil leading the ethanol quest with other developing countries that are located in the tropics participating in an OPEC-like organization. They won`t produce oil; however, they will produce ethanol. These countries could supply biofuel to wealthy countries and become wealthy in the process.

The attraction to Lula`s dream is that it could mean that industrialized nations wouldn`t be forced to economize to save fossil fuels. Ethanol would be inexpensive and drivers would not have to feel guilty about their consumption.

In Brazil, sugarcane is grown on over 14.8 million acres of land with plans to expand this production. Brazil was once native rain forests...but those were destroyed long ago. Brazil is now an ethanol zone with entire villages razed to plant sugarcane.

Ethanol is considered a promising alternative to fossil fuels.

Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome

Michelle Thompson suffers from PSAS

Condition has ruined her love life ... Michelle Thompson, who suffers from Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome, a medical condition that gives her 300 orgasms a day, has finally found the man of her dreams.

Michelle Thompson, who suffers from Persistent Sexual Arousal Syndrome, thought she was just too demanding for men and would never find the man of her dreams.

But she has been with her neighbour Andrew Carr, 32, for the past six months and he's as keen for sexual intercourse as she is and they make love 10 times a day.

"Andrew has changed my life. I'm no longer looking for a cure for my orgasms - I've found it," Michelle told The News of the World newspaper in the UK.

"Now I have a huge grin on my face all the time, and it's not just because of the orgasms."

Michelle's rare condition means she always craves sex and can climax at any time anywhere.

She even had to quit a job in a biscuit factory because the machines kept setting her off.

"I know I'm lucky to have so many orgasms when there are women who have never had one. But the condition has ruined my love life," she said.

Michelle's first boyfriend bowed out after a few months saying he couldn't keep up with her demands. And over the years several others gave up - with one telling her he was a man not a machine.

She dated one man for five years but "by the time we broke up, he was exhausted, he left as a defeated man".

Then in May she met Andrew, who is divorced, who lives over the road in Nelson, Lancashire, England.

"I did worry that he would grow tired of me like everyone else, but when I told him he laughed and said he would burn me out first," she said.

The driver stopped at the Malaysian immigration at the causeway and we all had to get out of the van to present our passports at the counter. None of our passports were stamped. We then proceeded across the causeway to Singapore immigration who did stamp our passports. After clearing immigration, we were driven straight to Changi Airport.

Interesting enough wasn’t Altantuya, her cousin and friend entry into Malaysia not stamped or simply vanish into thin air. It is now clear cut that our immigration officers are blinded by the blink of Ringgit Sign................

1Malaysia Unfaithful Wife

A Brazilan man, from a small rural town of Lagoa da Prata, in Minas Gerais, is waging a lone crusade against unfaithful wives, has so far posted the name of 300 supposed cuckolds on a popular social networking site.

Self-named First Lady is sleeping around and what does the Prime Minister of Malaysia do. Like sugar daddy he pays millions to Deepak to satisfy his whore.

Morally wrong but legally right

Beijing: Chinese officials are being told to dump their mistresses, avoid hostess bars, and shun extravagances as part of the Communist party’s efforts to clamp down on the corruption that is threatening its rule and sullying its reputation.

The language of the new morality push, one of countless such campaigns informally under way, is surprisingly bold, often cutting through the bureaucratese to make a clear link between moral lassitude and corruption.

One statistic trotted out at a recent speech to bureaucrats: 95% of officials investigated for corruption were found to be keeping mistresses.

“It’s just not possible to keep a mistress on your salary because maintaining this sort of extravagant lifestyle requires a large amount of cash money,” Oj Peiwen, a party discipline enforcer, told officials in southern China.

“So what do you do if you don’t have the money? Naturally, you’ll use the power at your disposal to go find some,” Qj said, according to a transcript carried by state media.

Directive as such is not possible in this country with our Government Servants and Ministers as it is morally wrong but legally right as quoted by Nazri the Fucker.

Legacy of Tun Razak Sold to Satan

The opening chapter to the truth of a low class bitch by the name of Rosmah who holds the late Tun Razak's family to ransom.

Many people are disgusted with the behaviour and crimes committed by Rosmah the bitch but cannot do anything about it because the IGP and AG want to be the ones pulling the puppet strings.

The family members on the side of Najib have either been hypnotized or blinded by money and power not to see how devilish this bitch is.

She goes everywhere and pretends to be the guardian angel for the people but in real life, she broke up her parent's marriage, put charm on her own grandchild, murdered the women Najib slept with, committed adultery with her toyboy, bodyguard and anyone she fancy for the moment.

What about Tun Rahah the mother of Najib and wife of the late Tun Razak? Does she not know what is happening to her children or is the truth been hidden from her? Does she not want to preserve the legacy of her late husband?

Najib as the Prime Minister and his brothers are answerable to the people of Malaysia, to their late father's legacy, children, grandchildren and to Allah.

In return History will remember Najib, his brothers and Rosmah for selling the legacy of Tun Razak to Satan.

Najib divorce Rosmah and put her behind bars for the murder of Altantuya and others.

Hypocrite

I get mad with UMNO Bastards when they make fools of themselves. Don’t they realise their own children are ashamed of their behaviours?

For the past 22 years when Mahathir was the Premier, it was an open secret that the businessmen were the ones paying for all his holidays overseas plus expenses. The entourage who followed too benefited from this open bribery.

When Pak Lah sat on the Premiership, he and his family members all enjoyed this open bribery too.

What about Najib, family and friends recent holiday in France, who were the ones that donated for that?

The trouble with UMNO Bastards is they think everyone is so STUPID but they forget they are the biggest IDIOTS in Malaysia.

From Mahathir, Pak Lah to Najib, which one of them did not receive bribe from the businessmen. Even the houses, cars, clothes, condom they use to fuck people’s wife and etc are bought for them by the businessmen. So why are they condemning Tok Guru?

That’s right these THREE PREMIER did fuck other people’s wife. I take my hat off to Mahathir because he treated Parliament like a fucking motel.

So what the FUCK are the UMNO people, MACC and Religious Department keeping silent on the wrong done by present and ex-Prime Ministers?

These people pray five times a day and go to Mecca yet they screw themselves upside down to please these fuckers.

PI Bala surfaces to drop Bombshell 3

MISSING private investigator P. Balasubramaniam has broken his 15-month silence, claiming that Prime Minister Najib Razak’s younger brother, Nazim, met and threatened him into withdrawing his first statutory declaration.

Bala alleged that carpet businessman Deepak Jaikishan*, an aide of the Prime Minister’s wife, Rosmah Mansor, instructed him to meet Nazim on the day he made public his statutory declaration.

He said the first statutory declaration in which he claimed that Najjib had a relationship with murdered Mongolian model Altantuya Shariibuu, a lover of the Prime Minister’s associate Abdul Razak Baginda, was true.

But he withdrew it and signed a second declaration after he was taken to see Nazim at the Curve in Damansara on July 3 2008 when he was told by the Prime Minister’s architect brother to “follow instructions if he loves his family.”

According to Bala, the specific instruction to him was to withdraw the July 3rd statutory declaration and leave Malaysia immediately.

Hours after that meeting, Bala signed a second statutory declaration which was prepared for him and later issued to the media.

He and his family were then taken by road to Singapore before being flown to Thailand and and Nepal and eventually to India, where he has been hiding since.

Bala gave the startling account of the alleged threats made by Nazim in a tell all interview done overseas which concluded with him saying: “As a family man, I want to have a normal life. I want to put a stop to all this. ”

FreeMalaysiaToday was provided with excerpts of the interview done in the presence of three lawyers including Bala’s.

In the hour long interview, Bala gave an account of money allegedly promised by Deepak, whose orders Nazim told him to follow.

He claimed Deepak offered him a RM4 to RM5 million deal to sign the second statutory declaration retracting his allegation against Najib, and to remain overseas until Najib was installed as Prime Minister.

In the course of their conversations, Bala said Deepak related to him how he came to know Rosmah and even offered to arrange a breakfast meeting with the Prime Minister’s wife.
“(Deepak said) I can come back to Malaysia after Najib become the PM. (Also) he will make arrangements to have breakfast with Rosmah (for her to ) thank me ,” for retracting the first SD, Bala added.

However, no breakfast meeting took place with Rosmah, and Bala said he never received the RM5million sweetener promised to him.
Although Najib’s smooth ascension to power took place as scheduled in April this year, Bala saw little to suggest that he would be allowed to return to Malaysia to lead a normal life with his family.

Bala said Deepak gave him about RM750,000 in total to cover expenses for him and his family during their stay overseas. The money was mostly banked into his account with cheques issued by Carpet Raya Sdn Bhd, of which Deepak is a director.

Another revealation by Bala was his meeting with a Malaysian Police Special Branch team which tracked him to Bangkok in July last year.

Bala said the officer in charge of the Special Branch team, ASP Muniandy, asked him which of the two statutory declarations was true.

“ I told him the first SD was the true SD. Then he just shook my hand and said ‘You are really brave,’” Bala quoted Muniandy as saying.

He said the police team then proceeded to record a statement from him for nearly seven hours on the contents of the first statutory declaration and events leadings to the release of the document.

Given the circumstances of fear and continued harrassment against him and his family, Bala indicated he wanted to start his life afresh overseas with his family rather than returning to Malaysia as long as Najib and his people were in power.

Efforts to contact Nazim and Deepak were unsuccessful.

STATUTORY DECLARATION

I, Balasubramaniam a/l Perumal (NRIC NO: xxxxxx-xx-6235) a Malaysian Citizen of full age and residing at [deleted], Selangor, do solemly and sincerely declare as follows :-

1. I have been a police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force having joined as a constable in 1981 attached to the Police Field Force. I was then promoted to the rank of lance corporal and finally resigned from the Police Force in 1998 when I was with the Special Branch.

2. I have been working as a freelance Private Investigator since I left the Police Force.

3. Sometime in June or July 2006, I was employed by Abdul Razak Baginda for a period of 10 days to look after him at his office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. each working day as apparently he was experiencing disturbances from a third party.

4. I resigned from this job after 2 ½ days as I was not receiving any proper instructions.

5. I was however re-employed by Abdul Razak Baginda on the 05-10-2006 as he had apparently received a harassing phone call from a Chinese man calling himself ASP Tan who had threatened him to pay his debts. I later found out this gentleman was in fact a private investigator called Ang who was employed by a Mongolian woman called Altantuya Shaariibuu.

6. Abdul Razak Baginda was concerned that a person by the name of Altantuya Shaariibuu, a Mongolian woman, was behind this threat and that she would be arriving in Malaysia very soon to try and contact him.

7. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that he was concerned by this as he had been advised that Altantuya Shaariibuu had been given some powers by a Mongolian ‘bomoh’ and that he could never look her in the face because of this.

8. When I enquired as to who this Mongolian woman was, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that she was a friend of his who had been introduced to him by a VIP and who asked him to look after her financially.

9. I advised him to lodge a police report concerning the threatening phone call he had received from the Chinese man known as ASP Tan but he refused to do so as he informed me there were some high profile people involved.

10. Abdul Razak Baginda further told me that Altantuya Shaariibuu was a great liar and good in convincing people. She was supposed to have been very demanding financially and that he had even financed a property for her in Mongolia.

11. Abdul Razak Baginda then let me listen to some voice messages on his handphone asking him to pay what was due otherwise he would be harmed and his daughter harassed.

12. I was therefore supposed to protect his daughter Rowena as well.

13. On the 09.10.2006, I received a phone call from Abdul Razak Baginda at about 9.30 a.m. informing me that Altantuya was in his office and he wanted me there immediately. As I was in the midst of a surveillance, I sent my assistant Suras to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office and I followed a little later. Suras managed to control the situation and had persuaded Altantuya and her two friends to leave the premises. However Altantuya left a note written on some Hotel Malaya note paper, in English, asking Abdul Razak Baginda to call her on her handphone (number given) and wrote down her room number as well.

14. Altantuya had introduced herself to Suras as ‘Aminah’ and had informed Suras she was there to see her boyfriend Abdul Razak Baginda.

15. These 3 Mongolian girls however returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang again, the next day at about 12.00 noon. They did not enter the building but again informed Suras that they wanted to meet Aminah’s boyfriend, Abdul Razak Baginda.

16. On the 11.10.2006, Aminah returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office on her own and gave me a note to pass to him, which I did. Abdul Razak Baginda showed me the note, which basically asked him to call her urgently.

17. I suggested to Abdul Razak Baginda that perhaps it may be wise to arrange for Aminah to be arrested if she harassed him further, but he declined as he felt she would have to return to Mongolia as soon as her cash ran out.

18. In the meantime I had arranged for Suras to perform surveillance on Hotel Malaya to monitor the movements of these 3 Mongolian girls, but they recognized him. Apparently they become friends with Suras after that and he ended up spending a few nights in their hotel room.

19. When Abdul Razak Baginda discovered Suras was becoming close to Aminah he asked me to pull him out from Hotel Malaya.

20. On the 14.10.2006, Aminah turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights when I was not there. Abdul Razak Baginda called me on my handphone to inform me of this so I rushed back to his house. As I arrived, I noticed Aminah outside the front gates shouting “Razak, bastard, come out from the house”. I tried to calm her down but couldn’t so I called the police who arrived in 2 patrol cars. I explained the situation to the police, who took her away to the Brickfields police station.

21. I followed the patrol cars to Brickfields police station in a taxi. I called Abdul Razak Baginda and his lawyer Dirren to lodge a police report but they refused.

22. When I was at the Brickfields police station, Aminah’s own Private Investigator, one Mr. Ang arrived and we had a discussion. I was told to deliver a demand to Abdul Razak Baginda for USD$500,000.00 and 3 tickets to Mongolia, apparently as commission owed to Aminah from a deal in Paris.

23. As Aminah had calmed down at this stage, a policewoman at the Brickfields police station advised me to leave and settle the matter amicably.

24. I duly informed Abdul Razak Baginda of the demands Aminah had made and told him I was disappointed that no one wanted to back me up in lodging a police report. We had a long discussion about the situation when I expressed a desire to pull out of this assignment.

25. During this discussion and in an attempt to persuade me to continue my employment with him, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that :-

25.1. He had been introduced to Aminah by Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore.

25.2. Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak informed Abdul Razak Baginda that he had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.

25.3. Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak wanted Abdul Razak Baginda to look after Aminah as he did not want her to harass him since he was now the Deputy Prime Minister.

25.4. Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had all been together at a dinner in Paris.

25.5. Aminah wanted money from him as she felt she was entitled to a USD$500,000.00 commission on a submarine deal she assisted with in Paris.

26. On the 19.10.2006, I arrived at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights to begin my night duty. I had parked my car outside as usual. I saw a yellow Proton Perdana taxi pass by with 3 ladies inside, one of whom was Aminah. The taxi did a U-turn and stopped in front of the house where these ladies rolled down the window and wished me ‘Happy Deepavali’. The taxi then left.

27. About 20 minutes later the taxi returned with only Aminah in it. She got out of the taxi and walked towards me and started talking to me. I sent an SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda informing him “Aminah was here”. I received an SMS from Razak instructing me to “delay her until my man comes”.

28. Whist I was talking to Aminah, she informed me of the following :-

28.1. That she met Abdul Razak Baginda in Singapore with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

28.2. That she had also met Abdul Razak Baginda and Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at a dinner in Paris.

28.3. That she was promised a sum of USD$500,000.00 as commission for assisting in a Submarine deal in Paris.

28.4. That Abdul Razak Baginda had bought her a house in Mongolia but her brother had refinanced it and she needed money to redeem it.

28.5. That her mother was ill and she needed money to pay for her treatment.

28.6. That Abdul Razak Baginda had married her in Korea as her mother is Korean whilst her father was a Mongolian/Chinese mix.

28.7. That if I wouldn’t allow her to see Abdul Razak Baginda, would I be able to arrange for her to see Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

29. After talking to Aminah for about 15 minutes, a red Proton Aeroback arrived with a woman and two men. I now know the woman to be Lance Corporal Rohaniza and the men, Azilah Hadri and Sirul Azahar. They were all in plain clothes. Azilah walked towards me while the other two stayed in the car.

30. Azilah asked me whether the woman was Aminah and I said ‘Yes’. He then walked off and made a few calls on his handphone. After 10 minutes another vehicle, a blue Proton Saga, driven by a Malay man, passed by slowly. The driver’s window had been wound down and the driver was looking at us.

31. Azilah then informed me they would be taking Aminah away. I informed Aminah they were arresting her. The other two persons then got out of the red Proton and exchanged seats so that Lance Corporal Rohaniza and Aminah were in the back while the two men were in the front. They drove off and that is the last I ever saw of Aminah.

32. Abdul Razak Baginda was not at home when all this occurred.

33. After the 19.10.2006, I continued to work for Abdul Razak Baginda at his house in Damansara Heights from 7.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. the next morning, as he had been receiving threatening text messages from a woman called ‘Amy’ who was apparently ‘Aminah’s’ cousin in Mongolia.

34. On the night of the 20.10.2006, both of Aminah’s girlfriends turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house enquiring where Aminah was. I informed them she had been arrested the night before.

35. A couple of nights later, these two Mongolian girls, Mr. Ang and another Mongolian girl called ‘Amy’ turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house looking for Aminah as they appeared to be convinced she was being held in the house.

36. A commotion began so I called the police who arrived shortly thereafter in a patrol car. Another patrol car arrived a short while later in which was the investigating officer from the Dang Wangi Police Station who was in charge of the missing persons report lodged by one of the Mongolians girls, I believe was Amy.

37. I called Abdul Razak Baginda who was at home to inform him of the events taking place at his front gate. He then called DSP Musa Safri and called me back informing me that Musa Safri would be calling my handphone and I was to pass the phone to the Inspector from the Dang Wangi Police Station.

38. I then received a call on my handphone from Musa Safri and duly handed the phone to the Dang Wangi Inspector. The conversation lasted 3 – 4 minutes after which he told the girls to disperse and to go to see him the next day.

39. On or about the 24.10.2006, Abdul Razak Baginda instructed me to accompany him to the Brickfields Police Station as he had been advised to lodge a police report about the harassment he was receiving from these Mongolian girls.

40. Before this, Amy had sent me an SMS informing me she was going to Thailand to lodge a report with the Mongolian consulate there regarding Aminah’s disappearance. Apparently she had sent the same SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda. This is why he told me he had been advised to lodge a police report.

41. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that DPS Musa Safri had introduced him to one DSP Idris, the head of the Criminal division, Brickfields Police Station, and that Idris had referred him to ASP Tonny.

42. When Abdul Razak Baginda had lodged his police report at Brickfields Police Station, in front of ASP Tonny, he was asked to make a statement but he refused as he said he was leaving for overseas. He did however promise to prepare a statement and hand ASP Tonny a thumb drive. I know that this was not done as ASP Tonny told me.

43. However ASP Tonny asked me the next day to provide my statement instead and so I did.

44. I stopped working for Abdul Razak Baginda on the 26.10.2006 as this was the day he left for Hong Kong on his own.

45. In mid-November 2006, I received a phone call from ASP Tonny from the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah asking me to see him regarding Aminah’s case. When I arrived there I was immediately arrested under S.506 of the Penal Code for Criminal intimidation.

46. I was then placed in the lock up and remanded for 5 days. On the third day I was released on police bail.

47. At the end of November 2006, the D9 department of the IPK sent a detective to my house to escort me to the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah. When I arrived, I was told I was being arrested under S.302 of the Penal Code for murder. I was put in the lock up and remanded for 7 days.

48. I was transported to Bukit Aman where I was interrogated and questioned about an SMS I had received from Abdul Razak Baginda on the 19.10.2006, which read “delay her until my man arrives”. They had apparently retrieved this message from Abdul Razak Baginda’s handphone.

49. They then proceeded to record my statement from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. every day for 7 consecutive days. I told them all I knew including everything Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had told me about their relationships with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak but when I came to sign my statement these details had been left out.

50. I have given evidence in the trial of Azilah, Sirul and Abdul Razak Baginda at the Shah Alam High Court. The prosecutor did not ask me any questions in respect of Aminah’s relationship with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak or of the phone call I received from DSP Musa Safri, whom I believe was the ADC for Datuk Seri Najib Razak and/or his wife.

51. On the day Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested, I was with him at his lawyers office at 6.30 a.m. Abdul Razak Baginda informed us that he had sent Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak an SMS the evening before as he refused to believe he was to be arrested, but had not received a response.

52. Shortly thereafter, at about 7.30 a.m., Abdul Razak Baginda received an SMS from Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and showed, this message to both myself and his lawyer. This message read as follows :- “I am seeing IGP at 11.00 a.m. today …… matter will be solved … be cool”.

53. I have been made to understand that Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested the same morning at his office in the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang.

54. The purpose of this Statutory declaration is to :-

54.1. State my disappointment at the standard of investigations conducted by the authorities into the circumstances surrounding the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu.

54.2. Bring to the notice of the relevant authorities the strong possibility that there are individuals other than the 3 accused who must have played a role in the murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu.

54.3. Persuade the relevant authorities to reopen their investigations into this case immediately so that any fresh evidence may be presented to the Court prior to submissions at the end of the prosecutions case.

54.4. Emphasize the fact that having been a member of the Royal Malaysian Police Force for 17 years I am absolutely certain no police officer would shoot someone in the head and blow up their body without receiving specific instructions from their superiors first.

54.5. Express my concern that should the defence not be called in the said murder trial, the accused, Azilah and Sirul will not have to swear on oath and testify as to the instructions they received and from whom they were given.

55. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Statutory Declaration Act 1960.

Vatican seeks out alien life forms

FOUR hundred years after it locked up Galileo for challenging the view that the Earth was the center of the universe, the Vatican has called in experts to study the possibility of extraterrestrial alien life and its implication for the Catholic Church

"The questions of life's origins and of whether life exists elsewhere in the universe are very suitable and deserve serious consideration," said the Rev. Jose Gabriel Funes, an astronomer and director of the Vatican Observatory.

Funes, a Jesuit priest, presented the results on Tuesday of a five-day conference that gathered astronomers, physicists, biologists and other experts to discuss the budding field of astrobiology the study of the origin of life and its existence elsewhere in the cosmos.

Funes said the possibility of alien life raises "many philosophical and theological implications" but added that the gathering was mainly focused on the scientific perspective and how different disciplines can be used to explore the issue.

Chris Impey, an astronomy professor at the University of Arizona, said it was appropriate that the Vatican would host such a meeting.

"Both science and religion posit life as a special outcome of a vast and mostly inhospitable universe," he told a news conference on Tuesday. "There is a rich middle ground for dialogue between the practitioners of astrobiology and those who seek to understand the meaning of our existence in a biological universe."

Thirty scientists, including non-Catholics, from the U.S., France, Britain, Switzerland, Italy and Chile attended the conference, called to explore among other issues "whether sentient life forms exist on other worlds."

Funes set the stage for the conference a year ago when he discussed the possibility of alien life in an interview given prominence in the Vatican's daily newspaper.

The Church of Rome's views have shifted radically through the centuries since Italian philosopher Giordano Bruno was burned at the stake as a heretic in 1600 for speculating, among other ideas, that other worlds could be inhabited.

Scientists have discovered hundreds of planets outside our solar system including 32 new ones announced recently by the European Space Agency. Impey said the discovery of alien life may be only a few years away.

"If biology is not unique to the Earth, or life elsewhere differs bio-chemically from our version, or we ever make contact with an intelligent species in the vastness of space, the implications for our self-image will be profound," he said.

This is not the first time the Vatican has explored the issue of extraterrestrials: In 2005, its observatory brought together top researchers in the field for similar discussions.

In the interview last year, Funes told Vatican newspaper L'Osservatore Romano that believing the universe may host aliens, even intelligent ones, does not contradict a faith in God.

"How can we rule out that life may have developed elsewhere?" Funes said in that interview.

"Just as there is a multitude of creatures on Earth, there could be other beings, even intelligent ones, created by God. This does not contradict our faith, because we cannot put limits on God's creative freedom."

Funes maintained that if intelligent beings were discovered, they would also be considered "part of creation."

The Roman Catholic Church's relationship with science has come a long way since Galileo was tried as a heretic in 1633 and forced to recant his finding that the Earth revolves around the sun. Church teaching at the time placed Earth at the centre of the universe.

Today top clergy, including Funes, openly endorse scientific ideas like the Big Bang theory as a reasonable explanation for the creation of the universe. The theory says the universe began billions of years ago in the explosion of a single, super-dense point that contained all matter.

Earlier this year, the Vatican also sponsored a conference on evolution to mark the 150th anniversary of Charles Darwin's The Origin of Species.

The event snubbed proponents of alternative theories, like creationism and intelligent design, which see a higher being rather than the undirected process of natural selection behind the evolution of species.

Still, there are divisions on the issues within the Catholic Church and within other religions, with some favoring creationism or intelligent design that could make it difficult to accept the concept of alien life.

Working with scientists to explore fundamental questions that are of interest to religion is in line with the teachings of Pope Benedict XVI, who has made strengthening the relationship between faith and reason a key aspect of his papacy.

Recent popes have been working to overcome the accusation that the church was hostile to science a reputation grounded in the Galileo affair.

In 1992, Pope John Paul II declared the ruling against the astronomer was an error resulting from "tragic mutual incomprehension."

The Vatican Museums opened an exhibit last month marking the 400th anniversary of Galileo's first celestial observations.

Tommaso Maccacaro, president of Italy's national institute of astrophysics, said at the exhibit's Oct. 13 opening that astronomy has had a major impact on the way we perceive ourselves.

"It was astronomical observations that let us understand that Earth (and man) don't have a privileged position or role in the universe," he said. "I ask myself what tools will we use in the next 400 years, and I ask what revolutions of understanding they'll bring about, like resolving the mystery of our apparent cosmic solitude."

The Vatican Observatory has also been at the forefront of efforts to bridge the gap between religion and science. Its scientist-clerics have generated top-notch research and its meteorite collection is considered one of the world's best.

The observatory, founded by Pope Leo XIII in 1891, is based in Castel Gandolfo, a lakeside town in the hills outside Rome where the pope has his summer residence. It also conducts research at an observatory at the University of Arizona, in Tucson.

Neopec surgery regrows breasts using stem cells

AUSTRALIAN scientists are poised to begin radical new surgery to help breast cancer victims regrow their own breasts within months.

The world-first trial could also revolutionise the billion-dollar international cosmetic surgery industry by allowing women to grow their own bigger natural breasts.

The experimental technique, called Neopec, could replace breast reconstructions and implants within years.

The trial offers new hope to more than 5000 Australian women who lose their breasts to cancer each year.

Five Melbourne women have been selected to undergo the procedure at St Vincent's Hospital early next year.

The trial is believed to be just the second time in the world tissue engineering has been carried out in a human.

Bernard O'Brien Institute director Professor Wayne Morrison said using the stem cells of our own fat to regenerate body parts was a huge step forward.

If successful, the Neopec technology could be widely available to cancer patients after a three-year trial but it will probably be a decade before it could be used for cosmetic purposes.

Neopec relies on surgeons implanting a biodegradable synthetic breast-shaped chamber beneath the skin to act as a scaffold for the new breast.

They then redirect a blood vessel from the woman's underarm to a 5ml piece of the patient's own fat which grows to fill the space and form a new breast over four to six months.

The fat tissue stops growing when it reaches the chamber, which then degrades.

The technique has already been proven in pigs, which grew new breasts in just six weeks.

Prof Morrison said the breast replacement technique could be the tip of the iceberg.

"If it is satisfactory we could use this method to treat any type of contour defect, whether it is breast, a congenital deformity or trauma such as where someone has suddenly lost chunks of themself," Prof Morrison said.

He also expects the research will lead to huge commercial outcomes. "We strongly believe that if this works it will replace silicone implants," Prof Morrison said.

PETALING JAYA: Property investor and developer GuocoLand Bhd has agreed to buy a condominium project being constructed at Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) which may have set a new benchmark price for an en bloc purchase in that area.

GuocoLand, a member of the Hong Leong Malaysia group, announced late on Wednesday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Astute Modernization Sdn Bhd, had entered into a share sale and purchase agreement with Eriton Sdn Bhd, Mohd Shukri Abdullah and Deepak Jaikishan a/l Jaikishan Rewachand to acquire the entire equity of Titan Debut Sdn Bhd for RM71mil cash.

Titan Debut had in April signed an agreement with Oval Residences Sdn Bhd to buy all the 140 units of serviced apartments, known as Oval Apartments, for RM404.58mil cash.

Construction of Oval Apartments was about 30% completed and was expected to be ready by December next year, GuocoLand said. The project is located along KLCC's Jalan Binjai.

The proposed acquisition was expected to increase the gearing of GuocoLand from 8% to 22%, the company said.

The net book value of Titan Debut was RM86,735 as at end-July, GuocoLand added.

Given the price that GuocoLand would be paying for Titan Debut and the latter's net book value, it is believed this means the owners of Titan Debut would make a profit of about RM70.9mil from owning the project for a mere four months. This truly makes it a titan of a debut for the owners.

As for GuocoLand, the price of RM71mil for Titan Debut, and RM404.58mil to develop Oval Apartments, which would have a total built-up area of 586,356 sq ft, means it would be paying about RM810 per sq ft for the apartments.

This is probably a record price for an en bloc purchase of a condominium project in Malaysia.

Even so, the price appears to be a fair one, and GuocoLand can choose various options, including selling the serviced apartments individually for RM1,600 per sq ft or more, when they are completed. The price could rise on completion of construction, which would be double its current price.

That is a reasonable target as One KL, a luxury condominium being developed by Datuk Chua Ma Yu, was being sold at an average of RM1,400 per sq ft, while The Binjai, developed by KLCC Holdings Bhd, was expected to be sold at about RM2,000 per sq ft.

Hong Leong Malaysia controls GuocoLand through GuocoGroup Ltd, which is listed in Hong Kong. GuocoGroup is also the major shareholder of GuocoLand Ltd, listed in Singapore.

GuocoLand Singapore has expanded its pipeline of projects in Singapore and China well, and its share price had more than doubled to S$4.78 yesterday. That gave it a market value of S$4.2bil (RM9.6bil), almost five times the size of GuocoLand's market value of RM2bil.

Hong Leong Malaysia's chief Tan Sri Quek Leng Chan may be trying to replicate GuocoLand Singapore's success in Malaysia, as a fund manager said: “He is now seen to be investing almost half a billion ringgit here” through GuocoLand.

Student harassed

A YOUNG woman who claims she was bullied by her teachers at a Gold Coast high school over her mobile phone use is suing for more than $500,000.

Lauren Amber Clark, now 21, claims her teenage years at Helensvale State High were "a living hell" and she wants the school and teachers to be held accountable.

Ms Clark, who attended the school between 2001 and 2003, said she needed her mobile phone to be in touch with her father, who had had a stroke and a heart attack.

"The mobile phone was my umbilical cord with my dad," Ms Clark said.

"He could only use his left arm. He was paralysed down the right side."

Ms Clark's claim against the State of Queensland for $543,501 damages for negligence, alleges she was bullied, harassed and intimidated by four teachers at Helensvale State High.

It is believed to be the first Queensland case involving a former student suing over alleged bullying by teachers over mobile phone use.

"I want to create a legal precedent so teachers will be scared to treat students like that," Ms Clark, who lives south of Brisbane, said.

Ms Clark claimed because of her father's condition, she was unable to attend some classes and was sometimes late.

"He had a heart attack as soon as I got home from school one day and I had to call triple 0," she said.

Teachers allegedly bullied her by refusing to allow her to use her mobile phone, repeatedly taking it off her and subjecting her to "denigration and condemnation" over her use of the phone.

In her claim, filed in the Supreme Court in Brisbane on Tuesday, Ms Clark claimed she was repeatedly punished for using her mobile, not attending or being late for classes.

She also claims she was falsely accused of smoking a cigarette inside a school building and was punished for it.

Ms Clark's father died in May this year.

Ms Clark said sometimes she was late for class because her father's carer did not show up at their home and she had to help her mother get her father up, showered and fed.

"Here I was, a 13-year-old, heaving my 100kg father off the bathroom floor, and then I went back to school. I didn't tell anybody," she said.

Ms Clark said teachers, who were aware of her father's medical condition, verbally abused her and made her out to be "a retard" in front of other students.

She alleged that as a result of the bullying, harassment and intimidation by teachers she suffered a major depressive disorder and panic attacks. She claims to have experienced sleep disturbance, constant crying, anxiety and impaired concentration, which affected her ability to enjoy life.

Ms Clark, who still becomes emotional when she talks about her father and the struggles in her school years, said she left the school and did not complete year 12 until last year. She is now studying for a diploma in justice and has just become engaged.

"No one should have gone through what I have gone through," Ms Clark said.

"Teachers should be accountable for their own actions. To say my school life was hell was an understatement. It was torture. I'm still suffering."

RM50 million Reel Mess

Why do film producers failed inspite of getting loan?

I am one of many Malaysians who hate to watch local movies. I find the story line boring like what astro is doing repeat, repeat same story line. Almost all are about women bitchiness stealing husbands, boyfriends, seeking bomoh help or fighting over money. Even the music does not uplift or share the storyline of the movie. There is absolutely no thoughts or creativeness in it. Our producers, directors, writers, music people are just block heads who can only talk and are arrogant.

South Korea who just came up within 10 years are producing blockbuster movies all at limited budget of RM1.2 m to RM10 m are making profit over RM20 m to RM200 m. Even Hollywood investors are securing them to make movies.

Many local producers and people in the movie line are self centre, bitchy, arrogant and into illegal business. There is one producer who thinks he run the police force like his own. Whatever the police confiscated, he will re-sell them sharing the ill-profit and only knows how to make police movie. A singer who is a bunian had to steal someone else’s husband to stay alive. An actress who seek the help of the bomoh to kill off a competitor. An actor cum singer who had to seduce a Tun’s wife and daughter for money and contract. A producer had to service men to get the loan?

There are many stories and facts flying around but do we really care? Our society is such a norm that it does not surprise us anymore. Surrounded by this kind of environment do we actually want to watch any movie with the same scene?

Give me RM50 m and I can make 27 m Malaysian millionaires, am I not better?

Not difficult if you are sincere

Most Malaysians are suffering from lost or lack of funds, bad health, jobless and stress over children's welfare. Our daily lives are make worst with the greed of the ruling Government who are constantly coming out with slogans, speeches, projects that does not benefit us. The Government should address the most important things that are affecting and driving us to poverty.

1. Jobs must be available with better salaries. Why are the illegals workers still getting jobs meant for us? One only have to visit Puduraya, KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Megamall, Central Market etc...every Saturdays and Sundays to see the vast crowd. Take away the rights of the foreigners working in food business as a start.

2. All top Government Servants, Royalty, CM, Tun, Tan Sri, Datuk, Ministers and the Prime Minister's children and grandchildren must study in local Government Schools for at least six years. Make it compulsory, then the Education system will improve. In the meantime everyone will continue to talk shit and our future generations will turn into dummies.

3. Install videos and recorders in all transport vehicles and central control over the meters. This is to prevent crimes being committed daily.

4. Improve the services of all hospitals. No more waiting for hours to see the doctors. Remove the long waiting date (8 months to 1 year) for operations to within 24 hours.

5. Stop spending money on maintenance to the Smart Tunnel. Since the opening this Smart Tunnel had become stupid with daily closure of two weeks for maintenance monthly. Yet the surrounding areas are still flooded each time it rains. Use that money to build quality homes for the poor.

6. Many acres of lands, properties are being siphon off by the well connected people to the Ruling Government by deceitful manner. While police reports are been make. Many files in the land office can vanish into thin air. The Government had remained silence and had even covered up this scam. Give us a roof.

7. Stop the easy flow of currency going out of this country and bring back our money.

8. Open the APs to all races immediately.

9. Revamp the Police, AG, Justice and MACC with experience and expertise men who are neutral in performing their duties.

10. Stop investing in bad schemes overseas.

Only 10 simple ways to please the people's heart, is it that difficult?
