Keep your RM5 million mosque

My dear Muhyiddin, there is a saying “Behind a man’s success there is a woman” obviously you must be having screws behind your back to come out with very insensitive feeling for the people.

For the past two days it was reported that PKR Ansari fell into the sea because the bridges in Kg. Gas and Pulau Api Api gave way. The whole world is aware of this except your good self. As a Deputy Prime Minister honestly I believe you have no soul and feeling as a human being. You are blinded to the very fact Batu Sapi is very backward in development. People there do not have proper facilities like toilet, tap water, housing, schools, electricity, health care and seldom have nutrient food. Yet as a Deputy Prime Minister who is in support of building 100 storey building not one but three, letting Yen Yen have a jolly holiday round the world and the big fat MAMA whore have all the rights to projects in Malaysia, you can only give RM5 million for a stupid mosque. Come on you think people in Batu Sapi going to clap and vote for BN. You must be dreaming.

There are many mosques in Malaysia to bury your future generation. The people do not live on praying alone. They need new boats, proper housing to call home, they need school nearby for their children, they need clean and tap water, they need proper toilet not shit into the sea, proper health care, not worry when the next meal is coming from. Many more if you really care to listen and see.

Use that RM5 million to build a mosque for BN instead.

Lost Opportunity

For the Batu Sapi election, misfortune had already struck not once but twice for PKR candidate Ansari Abdullah who again landed into the sea at Kg Gas Village. I am having difficulty in accepting that Ansari is not taking these two misfortune and put into good use to rebuild the bridges at Pulau Api Api and Kg Gas Village immediately. The wooden bridge would have only cost less than RM3,000 each. What is wrong with getting your hands dirty for once and it only take a couple of hours to have it done if everyone do their bit to help.

Instead Ansari continue to hit the campaign trail without stopping to consider that. This shows that Ansari will not be bother with the people in Batu Sapi once the election fever is over. Helping people on the spot during election are golden opportunities for every candidate who is in need of support and votes at this crucial time.

Promises and talks are only air but deeds are remembrance.

We do not need the Chinese and Indians

UMNO bastards in Titiwangsa are the most corrupted.

Running gambling dens, pirated DVDs and everything illegal.

UMNO only need the Chinese, Indians and others to sit pretty in Putrajaya for each election. After using them the Chinese, Indians and others are thrown away as thrash.

1Malaysia Book of Record getting ass poke for three hours

Not long ago a suicide note mysteriously appears at Teoh Beng Hock’s inquest after the MACC lawyer lost his marbles when Dr Porntip insisted Teoh did not commit suicide.

Now at Sodomy 11, not a suicide note but a medical report not tendered in court has been revealed to contain more details on Sinful’s medical history. Since Malaysian are known for changing history like a gust of fart, this one is hilarious and unbelievable. A three hours examination was done on Sinful’s ass (whose parent were right to name him that) by three so-called expects namely HKL General Surgeon Dr Mohd Razali Ibrahim, HKL Emergency Specialist Dr Khairul Nizam Hassan and Forensic Pathologist Dr. Siew Shene Feng and better still there is a by-stander by the name of Supt Jude Pereira. All these so-called Doctors must have nothing better to do than to take three hours to examine a bloody ass. What so special about Sinful’s ass that Emergency Specialist Dr Khairul can let go three hours when he could have spent those precious time saving lives at the emergency wing. I am curious also why Supt Jude Pereira was even allowed to watch the procedure.

It makes me wonder maybe Supt Jude Pereira and Sinful were the ones doing the tiger show, while the Doctors were just watching the fun. I mean how else to make this Sodomy 11 more realistic and meaningful for Najib and Rosmah’s benefit.

My son was molested by his class teacher Nora Zam Zam from Sri Kuala Lumpur. I have gone through all the procedures and I can vouch that at no time did the examination take more than two minutes. I have personally taken two rape victims age 12 and 15 to hospitals and the doctors took only two minutes to examine. So this is the first time I have heard a three hours examination is needed. But then Sinful’s ass must be very, very deep that the Doctors need to poke here and there to find the sperm.

Trauma cases also do not take more than 5 minutes to examine. Maybe NGOs and people who have helped rape victims can come forward to enlighten such hilarious claim by the so-called Doctors who does not live up to their profession.

Hello Dr Mohd Razali, Dr Khairul Nizam and Dr Siew Shene Feng are you doing stand up comedy.

What does Thesis mean to you?

A Thesis is a document submitted in support of candidature for a degree or professional qualification presenting the author’s research and findings.

I know for a fact to do a thesis is not only stressful, not able to sleep and going blank at times is most frustrating. Most times the thought of what the heck am I doing and many other questions come into play.

My daughter had just submitted her thesis after months of research, black coffee, sleepless and depressing moments. Yes finally the moment has arrived and she just pulled through and hit the dateline on the dot. I hate people who do that but that is how my children do things. At the last minute. In the meantime I am the one biting my nails and pulling my hair chasing and screaming “you will be late.”

This thesis is very important for my daughter as it will determine whether she will get to do her PhD. My friends always ask why I support my daughter so much, for at the end of the day she will get marry and be somebody’s wife who might not want her to work. I do not agree. Today whether you are female or male, you must be independent and be financially free from anyone. My own experience had taught me well that I must never let my children face the shame and agonizing period I had put them through.

What does a Thesis mean to you? This is very important because I have known people who have paid someone else to do it and even some stealing from another.

There is this one woman who works at the law department in University of Malaya. When I was first introduced to her, she mentioned she was working on her thesis. I paid very little attention then, but as we get to know each other more she confides in me that she gets her students to do the necessary research then she would compile them. For every research done she would pay RM100 if it is suitable for her to use. She then asked whether I could type out her thesis papers for RM 300. I decline and stop spending time with her. Today she holds a PhD which she does not deserve and is still with University of Malaya.

Another are Tuns’ children. Which Tun you may ask? Just check around all the Tuns and see who are the ones with a Master Degree from America and you will get your answer. The Tuns I know personally have children who are not bother about earning their keep and arrogant. Their interests are screwing every artiste or getting screw in town and spending money on drinks, gambling, drugs and bullying. This is where dirty money comes in. These bastards have their mothers to thank for. Their mothers would find candidates suitable to write Thesis for their children in exchange for US10,000. To these Tuns’ children the Master Degree is to show off to their parents’ friends knowing they need not work except to just wait to inherit their fathers’ money.

One of Tun’s relative told me she was going to America for her daughter’s graduation recently. This daughter is no better than the rest of her siblings, as she spend all her time with her American boyfriend not knowing what a thesis looks like yet she had passed with high honors.

So Malaysian way of paying money to get things done have spread their wings in America. All these Tun, Tan Sri and Datuk need only wire money and get their children’s thesis done and pack with sparkling stars on their Master Degree without the presence of their kids.

Then there is this rich lady staying in Taman Maluri whose son had not been working since he got his Master Degree from America, four years ago. I asked her the reason and she said if her son does not get RM5,000 per month salary, he need not bother as she can afford to give him the same amount without sweat. Mind you he is the only son and he has no working experience. Heaven must be very kind to him.

So what kind of brains is the Government looking and bringing back? The workable, non-workable or curse ones. Like everything else this country is definitely curse by the BAD KARMA from UMNO.

The last of the RAHMAN

Najib will leave a legacy of being the ONE who not only destroy but the one responsible for losing the UMNO supremacy to the opposition in the coming General Election.

A desperate man giving threatening speech at the UMNO opening, shows Najib is not stable and capable as a person to lead us. He has no one to blame but himself and that arrogant bitch of his. Who not only murdered Altantuya but Canny Ong too?

Maybe now under the new IGP the police are brave enough to open up the files for these two murders. I am sure Special Branch has a certain file showing evidences that Najib had sent money and even spend many nights with Canny Ong.

I like that Buddha saying "You cannot hide three things - the SUN, the MOON and the TRUTH.
************************************************************************************
Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar has given Umno president Najib Tun Razak 30 days to decide if he wants be like the noble warrior Hang Tuah or the delusional Mat Jenin.

Commenting on his speech at last week's Umno general assembly, the PKR leader noted that Najib had made references to two of the Malay cultural iconic characters.

As for Hang Tuah, she said the legendary warrior symbolised the noble virtues of courage and fair play, and would never resort to using underhand tactics against his opponents.

Nurul, who is the daughter of PKR supremo Anwar Ibrahim, called on Najib, who is also prime minister, to turn his speech into action within 30 days while the Parliament was still in session.

For starters, she said Najib should repeal all anti-democratic laws since he had stressed that Malay rights were locked with a golden key and enshrined in the Federal Constitution.

“Therefore in Parliament, he must repeal all anti-democratic laws such as the ISA (Internal Security Act), UUCA (Universities and University Colleges Act) and PPA (Printing Presses and Publications Act), which are no longer needed to protect those rights,” she added.

Since Najib mentioned that the Malays could compete with the best, Nurul said: Therefore in Parliament, the prime minister must guarantee to take measures so that there will be free and fair elections.”

'Big palace, imaginary princess'

The PKR MP said since Najib said that in the modern era, Malays would have to face competition of the minds, he should ensure freedom of the press to create an informed society.

“Let these three benchmarks be a test of whether the Umno president has the moral leadership that he has expounded in his speech, and the courage and fair play of Hang Tuah.

“Or would he choose to follow in the delusional steps of a Mat Jenin who by the way according to legend fell off the proverbial coconut tree when he extended his arms to illustrate how big a palace (maybe which was renovated at a cost of RM65 million) he dreamed of living in with his imaginary beautiful princess,” she said.

“In that case, Umno can keep Putrajaya and let the rakyat have the rest of the nation,” she added.

30 years ago we had a system

Tan Yi Liang from the Sun posed a question to Hamid Albar “what does someone who is chauffeured around in a luxury car know about the woes of the average commuter?” Hamid’s replied “I use public transport once in a while.” When pressed further when he took the trip, Hamid proudly without shame said he took it 30 YEARS AGO.

30 YEARS AGO we had Len Sen, Foh Hup, Selangor Bus and not forgetting our laissez-faire mini buses until Mahathir decided he could do a better job of making money for his family and mismanaging it.

Buses 30 years ago can take us through every corner we wish to go. We could depend on it to come frequently. The buses had no air-conditions then so we sweated on every trips, had to endure the smelly odour from many armpits pitted against our face during peak hours. The high speed crazy driving that drivers were competing with each other to reach their destination on record time and at the same time get more passengers. We get change back when we could not give the exact fare. 30 years ago we had a reliable bus system. Taxis then were meant for the rich and people who did not wish to be pack in the sardine can, smelling like a rotten egg.

So my dear Hamid as someone who was kicked out from the government and now given a task as Chairman of Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD), you should be thankful and do your job properly and not indulge in fantasy that our transport system can work itself with you sitting grandly and talking rubbish. Come down to the ground and see how screw up and mismanage the transport system is. Take off that fancy expensive shirt of yours and dress in T-shirt and make sure you carry a couple of ringgit and a RM50. Hail a cab and be prepare to be given a tour of the city in order to reach your destination and also note how the meter can click, click at a blink of an eye. Your fare would be 10% - 15% higher than normal and give that RM50 and check your change. Then take any particular number bus. Check your time and once the bus arrives be sure to hand over 2 RM1 and see whether you can get back your 10 sen change back.

Hamid, 30 years ago our transport system was much, much better than what we are getting right now.

A good therapy

Sitting and looking at the box in my living hall is not something I had thought I would do in my spare time. To me it is a waste of precious time but a good way to get my kids when they were young, occupied and stop the hilarious laughter from playing and fighting. When the kids were noisy I wished for quiet and peace, but now that they are grown up I wish for their laughter and noise.

I was first introduced to Korean drama in 2006 when I was staying with relatives in Penang. Though I am first generation from China, my Chinese language/dialects was and is still consider half past six. So I had to spend my time looking at that stupid box in their living hall and reading sub-titles while they were chatting non-stop. Still I did not become buddy with that stupid box until I came back to KL and happened to watch the 1st episode of “Boys over Flowers.” Though the story line was from a comic book, it brought back sweet memories for me. From then on 303 and now change to 391 is my only channel I bother to waste my time.

So there I was spending and wasting my precious time watching one drama after another till “Bread, Love and Dreams” came along. I never knew that this particular drama could bring my tears flowing non-stop one episode to another. During this period I was quite frustrated with Daim’s attitude and behaviour. So while watching this drama with tears flowing non-stop on my cheeks, I found that I was actually quite at peace with myself.

So if you do have any problems I highly recommend watching “Bread, Love and Dreams” as a form of therapy.

Whether you believe it or not, the wicked woman in that drama is similar to Mahani Daim in many ways.

90 days to paralyze the Government

Sweet or sour budget does not affect the people. 100 storey high building, RM500 special financial for civil servant or cheap dirty underwears for Rosmah to do belly dancing or other cheap thrill will not win the hearts of the people.

The usual Elite UMNO clan will continue to receive free pocket money, projects and immunity to the laws in this country.

What more urgent and scary is the fact is that the Government had approved 90 days maternity leave for women without thinking ahead.

The present civil servants consist of 80% women in Putrajaya, Hospitals 89% female and 98% teachers are female. That is base on these three areas only. What about the rest of the civil servants in other departments?

I will repeat my experience about the teachers who taught my daughter in Primary School. Even her Secondary teachers are playing the same dirty game but on a lesser note.

My encounter with this particular Teacher is rather unpleasant, basically she is racist, abusive and has strong dislike for boys. But I will not talk about that today.

Today I want the world to know how she manipulates her pregnancy of getting salary without working.

Out of the six years I have watched her, she got pregnant five times. All the birth dates were on school days. Her game play starts from the first month pregnancy. She would take two days off in that month and will increase her doctor visit to once a week on the six month, then on the seven and eight months she is too sick to teach. Then she is on maternity leave. When she comes back she would create another story her baby needs to see the doctor every week. This goes on for another few months. Whereby she gets pregnant again and the whole process repeat itself. All in, she only teaches around three full months. But the whole sickening part is, she would travel with her husband for oversea trips during these so-called maternity leave and doctor visits. Her baby is well cared for by her mother and two servants.

Replacement teachers are rarely seen, so imagine my frustration when my daughter had to go through five years of her entire six year with not one teacher but three others who also played the same game.

So even without this official 90 days maternity leave, the teachers are already taking 90 days. So what happens when the teachers start taking 120 days each year? What happens when 20% of the 98% female teachers take turn to go on maternity leave? Fate will have it one day 70% of the 98% will collide and take leave on the same days.

Another reality is that no women wants to or able to be alone with a crying baby for long, so they will dump their baby with the servant or mother or mother-in-law after a month and will manja or threatened their husband to take leave to go for holidays or be at home. Mind you this is happening now.

Another story I want to relate is about my family’s helper. This woman comes daily to the house to wash and hang out the clothes before she goes to her main job which is cleaning the school and helping out at the canteen. Then in the evenings she is back to fold and iron the clothes. She continues to work till the day she delivers her baby. Then on the fifth day after delivery she is back to her work routine. This went on for all her six children when she worked for us for ten years. Six years ago I met her and asked out of curiosity why she never once rested even when she was ill. She told me blankly that for every one day she does not work there is no food on the table. Though she was working on three jobs and her husband two, there were only able to live day by day. Any emergency they would have to borrow or forgo seeking medical help. Mind you this lady gave birth to all her children with the help of her aged old mother at home.

So by all means take as many leave possible but when you start paying them for these holidays who wants to work. That’s when abuse comes in and who better at this game? Of course the civil servants

Curb the sins of UMNO first

Domestic Trade and Consumerism Ministry had proposed to penalize those who buy pirated DVDs and VCDs.

Before the Ministry can do that it would be good if they can take their work seriously and get rid of the sellers and distributors of pirated DVDs and VCDs, who are connected to the Police, Army, MACC, UMNO members and VVIPs.

You see the day Opposition won in Wilayah Persekutuan in 2008, a portion of playing field in Taman Maluri was taken by the Titiwangsa UMNO division and a so-called hall was built. This hall as shown in the picture is hardly utilize. Then this year it was leased to a Laksa seller to sell her food there. Now this UMNO division is also collecting fee between RM1 – RM5 from each traders at the Pasar Malam and markets in the surrounding areas of Taman Maluri, Desa Pandan, Pandan Jaya, Ampang ..etc. But one bear in mind DBKL is now paying for all the cleaning in this area too. So where does the money go to? To make matter more acceptable to the Opposition, the UMNO division had put up a sign at the hall proclaiming it belongs to Poltera.

Then we have the many gambling dens which a couple of them belong to the Poltera and Titiwangsa UMNO division in Jalan Belangkas which is part of Taman Maluri too.

Now there is another lucrative business that has been going on for donkey years which all the authorities are not really bother to curb. The distribution of pirated DVDs and VCDs. In my surrounding areas, it is the Titiwangsa UMNO members and the Poltera who are the real culprit behind the pirated ware.

So you see, Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakoh is not worthy of his title and post he is holding.

No merit in talking without commitment

IT was a day-long seminar in London aimed at bringing home talented Malaysians working in the United Kingdom or those who had made it their country of domicile. The list of speakers for last Wednesday’s event was impressive and it is a travesty that it drew just more than 50 participants – Malaysians or those who had links with Malaysia. Perhaps what was significant was that it did not draw the younger crowd, save for a handful of students who had just completed their post-graduate studies, curious to know what awaited them at home.

Speaker after speaker delivered glowing reports of Malaysia, most of which were factual. With winter approaching, the gloomy and rainy day prompted one (perhaps in jest) even to suggest that the hot weather and the culinary delights available round the clock in Malaysia should be a consideration. But as they spoke, more than 100 Malaysian bankers were just a few hundred metres away, doing their jobs, oblivious to the fact that the "talent hunters" were in town. They are no ordinary Joes – many of them in their twenties handle big portfolios and are involved in the personal banking and investments of the rich and famous. From one of the participants, I learnt that there are at "least 1,000 Malaysians working in that square mile".

That term refers to the financial district in central London which encompasses banks, financial institutions, stock brokers, accountancy firms and the lot. Unfortunately, the Asian Strategic & Leadership Institute and the Centre for Public Policy Studies, which enjoy a good following in the UK, did not manage to get their attention. Maybe they had not heard of the event or did not choose to apply for a day off from work or they could have viewed it as "We heard it all before. Can they tell us something new?"

Yes, the economy is flourishing and there are opportunities for talented Malaysians. But some young bankers I talked to earlier in the week had misgivings. They did not question what opportunities were available but what happens after they return and start working, especially in the government, its agencies or the government-linked-companies (GLCs)

Will they rise in the organisation, especially the locally-owned financial institutions or in GLCs? In London, they can aspire to become CEOs by sheer hard work and performance. No one cares about race, religion or creed or the prefixes before their fathers’ names. Connections are of no help and the answer to success is just produce more than what is expected. Unless these persons have the credentials and the competence, you don’t go anywhere. As long as they deliver, they get rewarded and move up the ladder and that many Malaysians are heading departments in international banks is testimony of their ability. So, having been in an environment where "the best man wins", can they adapt to a system alien to them?

In short, will they be judged on merit? Will meritocracy be the beacon of hope for so many thousands of Malaysians overseas who don’t want to return? Yes, they yearn for the love of their parents and families, who had made sacrifices to send them overseas for education, but without an "equal-opportunities" system, it is now for them to make the sacrifice for their own future.

The question of meritocracy was raised at the seminar but the issue was never addressed. Every speaker wanted to be politically correct and none wanted to commit himself. One went to name two senior officials in one GLC, but one swallow does not make a summer. There were assurances that "things can’t change overnight" and that "we are already seeing some changes" but no serious effort was made to deal with it. If concerted efforts are not made to address the issue, it will remain the biggest deterrent when attracting talent to Malaysia.

A young woman I met at the seminar had this to stay: "After graduation, I worked in KL for two years and got nowhere. I moved to Singapore and worked for two years during which time I was head-hunted and offered a job in London." If there were equal opportunities, Malaysia would not have lost her. She now works in a private securities company and heads the Asian desk.

In a knowledge-based economy, we need everyone on board. However, the system that has evolved and entrenched itself over the past few decades is now our biggest adversary. Changing mind-set and perception can only see success if we make a commitment and see it through to rectify past anomalies.
*************************************************************************************
Najib can continue to dream and talk in his sleep.

Mahathir brief moment of regrets

1. After three days in the Epworth Hospital, it was suggested that I be discharged but should continue treatment under the Hospital in the Home service.

2. The Home Hospital has a full staff of doctors, specialists and nurses. They will carry out the full hospital treatment, periodical medical examination and treatment, intravenous drips, physiotherapy etc. They do not stay with patients but would visit at the designated time and stay as long as necessary.

3. It is far better than house-call by doctors as they can only give limited service. You feel you are being well looked after as in the hospital, but you have the ambience of home and family.
4. I don't know if we have this service or not but I believe it can contribute to being a developed country.

5. Another service I experienced is the ambulance service. The two ambulance personnel are very highly trained to give first aid including CPR, proper handling of fractures, take blood pressure and heart rate, ECG and other signs and symptoms.

6. They handle their patients very competently, are in continuous communication with the hospital to ensure preparation for receiving the patients.

7. I believe an effort was made by local doctors to provide this kind of service in Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately after the ambulances had been acquired the financiers backed out. The Return on Investment was not good enough.

8. The Government does not operate a full ambulance service. Nor do all hospitals provide such service.

9. There are now many hospitals in KL - both public and private. A good ambulance service can save many lives.

10. Maybe the Government could afford to support the superior ambulance service in one way or another - at least until they become viable. What we need is just one. If several such service is licensed, all would be likely to fail.

This is what Mahathir wrote in his blog after falling sick in Melbourne.

When Mahathir was the Prime Minister he did not bother to think about the sick and poor. His main interest was to build castles in the air and siphoning money out from here for his family to spend, spend and spend after he is long gone.

As a doctor himself, he should have put medical as first priority. A Prime Minister can do wondrous if he so desire. At no time was he bother. Now after retirement he is talking what the present government should be doing and even found that ambulance service can save many lives. The fault and insensitive to the people need was never his until now? Well if he is serious and want to do something he can bring back the wealth he had stolen from us and even instruct his buddies like Daim, Ananda, Syed Mokhtar, Halim, Vincent, Francis… etc to donate RM200 million each to start an excellent ambulance and home service for the whole country. What is RM200 million each to them when they and their children can finish that amount with just a click of the mouse?

Dancing to Rosmah's Tune

In the history of Malaya/Malaysia no wives of previous Prime Ministers had been bold and arrogant in promoting themselves.

Rosmah a woman with no moral and virtue had begun promoting herself since Najib became the 6th Prime Minister on 3rd April 2009. There is no word created by human being to describe this whore by the name of Rosmah Mansor, who had make used of her friends and ex-husband so that she could sleep with a then married man Najib. Then once she got Najib in the net she mentally and physically abuses her children and ex-husband till they give up and the divorced came through. But Najib being a bit sacred and worry gave the ex-husband RM2 million for the divorce. Rosmah who was not happy with that took the children with her. But like most of her collection she is only nice to her children when the need arises. Rosmah does not cherish anything for long. To her once she got what she desires from you, she will ignore you till she needs you again. Her lovers and people who had worked with her, past and present can vouch she is without feeling and soul. She is never thankful. In her own mind Rosmah believe she is GOD. She had to pray and go to Mecca to show that she humble, but beneath her veil of hypocrisy she spit and foul at those who does not benefit her in terms of endearment and monetary gains.

There are different types of abuse

Physical - Any physical injury to a child that does not occur by accident. This can be a lot of things including - hitting, beating, shaking, punching, biting, burning, or strangling.
Sexual - When a child is involved in anything sexual with an adult including: sexual intercourse, penetration, masturbation, voyeurism, and incest. You may want to check out the Sexual assault fact sheet for more information.
Emotional - When a child is not given enough love, nurturing, and security. This can mean bullying, being threatened, being made to feel guilty or ashamed, yelled at, being ignored, and being put down.
Neglect - When a child is not given what they need like not being given adequate food, hygiene, shelter, adult supervision, and not being given appropriate medical, emotional, and educational safety.

One of the most prominent shows of arrogance is her disrespect for the Permaisuri Agong otherwise known as the First Lady of Malaysia. Though Rosmah had been given ample warning against the use of First Lady Title by those around her, she refuses to give up on that. Through her manipulation she went ahead and came up with the idea of First Ladies Summit which prominently place herself as the First Lady in advertisement through various media like NTV 7 etc………..so that even the kampong folks and those in the far, far away island can recognize her as the First Lady Whore. This summit is center on children issue which Rosmah is the culprit for three of the different types of abuse mentioned above.

The 31 countries representatives including certain First Ladies from poor countries have nothing to gain but a fruitful holiday all paid for by Rosmah using our money. But deep in the hearts they know that Rosmah is nothing but a murderer who had killed more than one woman beside Altantuya and money crazy woman, who can insist on RM200 million commissions for a simple deal without blinking an eye. It is worldwide knowledge that Rosmah is now afraid to step on the French soil knowing she can be put behind bars, even though she is the Prime Minister of Malaysia spouse.

It would be interesting and embarrassing for the 31 countries representatives and certain First Ladies how they are going to address the Permaisuri Agong and Rosmah.

“HAPPY TO MEET YOU FIRST, FIRST LADY for Permaisuri Agong and HAPPY TO MEET YOU FIRST LADY for Rosmah.”

If I were the Permaisuri Agong I will embarrass Rosmah in public by declaring there is only one First Lady and that is herself and Rosmah is just the first wife of the Prime Minister full stop and leave the summit with her head held high.

Brain should not come home

Where ideas go to die?
MORE than a year ago, our Science Ministry launched a website called MyIdeas. The thinking behind this is to get as many brilliant ideas, from all kinds of people, that can be implemented.

There are now some 6,037 ideas on the portal based on my last check yesterday. The very first idea posted on the website was "recognise and reward creativity and innovation at all levels through national and state innovation and creativity awards" by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

But if you click on the icon that says "ideas in action", which basically means what it says, it will tell you this: No ideas are in action yet.

That's a shame because don't tell me not one of the 6,037 ideas is worth carrying out.

Some ideas are quite interesting, like the one from Muhamad Zahin Shaharuddin who suggests having lockers at schools to deal with the problem of heavy bags. Nurul Syaza Sarkawi says the government should subsidise the price of bicycles so that Malaysians could cycle instead of drive to nearby places. Kogilavani Muniappan thinks young people should be taught or exposed to basic Internet laws or Copyright Acts, which would presumably improve society's awareness of piracy.

Good ideas are hard to come by, but even harder is to implement those ideas. But implementation is what gives ideas their value. A teacher, who carries out a good idea, would get students interested in knowledge.

Author Frank McCourt in his book "Teacher Man" tells of how he had an epiphany of how to teach teenagers English during his days as a teacher in New York in the 1950s and 1960s. His students were resisting writing assignments but they were writing a lot of excuse notes, supposedly written by parents to explain why their kids had to miss class. Teachers knew these notes were mostly fiction. And that was when an idea struck him. He assigned them to write excuse notes for Lee Harvey Oswald (the guy who shot and killed a US president) and gangster Al Capone, among others.

McCourt's students loved it, the principal loved it and even the school supervisor loved it.

Is the MyIdeas portal a bad idea? No, of course not. But it needs to show results of ideas that have been or being implemented. Otherwise it will perpetuate the perception that we are a nation of planners and not doers.

One way to improve MyIdeas is to have a group of people that goes through all ideas and filter them down to the best 10. All of this must be communicated to users who obviously would want to know the progress and milestones of what they have proposed.

But we should not be thinking that just because MyIdeas is a government initiative, its implementation should be left to the government. Instead, some ideas could be carried out by the private sector, non-government organisations or even large charity organisations.

Speaker’s removal valid

PUTRAJAYA: The removal of V. Sivakumar as Perak Assembly Speaker and R. Ganesan’s election to that office were done validly and cannot be questioned in court, the Court of Appeal has ruled.
The court’s three-man Bench also ruled that what transpired in the assembly on May 7 last year was “perfectly legitimate”.
“The conclusions are clear. First, the plaintiff (Sivakumar) was removed as the Speaker. Secondly, the defendant (Ganesan) was duly elected as Speaker.
“Nothing is complex about this case as to merit a trial. There was no necessity to order an injunction.
“The defendant is now the Speaker,” said Court of Appeal judge Justice Abdul Malik Ishak in his 49-page judgment dated Aug 20, which was made available to the press yesterday.
Justice Abdul Malik said it could not be disputed that the assembly had the power and jurisdiction to elect or dismiss the Speaker.
“The assembly has validly elected the defendant as Speaker to replace the plaintiff and the court has no jurisdiction to interfere,” he said.
He added that the court also had no power to interfere or question the Speaker’s decision in maintaining order and peace in the assembly on May 7.
“What transpired within the four walls of the assembly on May 7 cannot be examined by the court. Immunity has set in,” he said.
On May 15 last year, Sivakumar had filed a suit against Ganesan following the state assembly sitting on May 7 during which he alleged that he was forcefully held, dragged and removed from the hall on the latter’s orders.
He sought damages and an injunction to restrain Ganesan or his agents from prohibiting him from exercising his duties as Speaker.
Justice Abdul Malik also called Sivakumar’s meeting under a tree on March 3 last year, which he claimed was an assembly meeting, as a “desperate attempt to salvage a sinking ship”.
“It is our judgment that such a contention is wholly unfounded and totally vexatious.
“This is not a case where the court is so besotted with rules that it cannot see the tree from the forest.
“The rules are made to be obeyed. Pure and simple,” he ruled.

Talents deserve full recognition
WE laud the call made by our Prime Minister to bring back talented professionals from overseas.
However, this is nothing new as several calls had been made before and as a result, a few of them did come back and after some years, quite a number of them had left to join the private sector or moved to neighbouring countries.
The problems should be studied by the Government whether is it the incentives or the facilities that do not match their talents. Or is it the bureaucracy.
I feel that one of the problems in retaining the best brains in the professional sector lies in the various professional bodies.
It is a pity that foreign graduates as well as those who graduated from the twinning or franchised local campuses are not recognised by these bodies although the courses are recognised by the government accreditation bodies.
The professional bodies like those in the legal, accountancy, engineering and medical professions block these graduates from joining them directly.
They need to sit for a local examination to satisfy local requirements whereas local graduates, even those from universities with lower MQA Rating than the local private universities, are exempted.
The irony is that although these professionals may have obtained membership from foreign professional bodies, they still need to clear the local hurdle to obtain membership from the local bodies.
Just bear in mind that a majority of our local professors are graduates from foreign universities and the syllabus are mostly from foreign universities.
Furthermore, those foreign universities are listed among the best universities in the world whereas our local universities are not even in the list and yet our professional bodies discriminate against our foreign professionals.
So one can see why quite a number of our talented professionals want to remain overseas or work in the private sector (as they are not qualified to join government services), or work in neighbouring countries.

The above were published in the NST and Star. They gave a better understanding on why our BRAIN DO NOT WANT TO COME HOME.

I am one of many Malaysians who cannot accept that people with money, connection and titles can do what they like in this country without law and order. The curse of the elites behaviours are the very things that are killing our economy, giving us a bad reputation in the world and turn us to become paupers in the near future.

Malaysian are known for being drug mules, funding house and weapons distribution for terrorists, human trafficking harem, corruption, AP Kings and Queens, racists and killing with C4 and cow dung. That we are good. But to have a strong will to enforce laws and better manage our wealth and development is nil.

Our leaders are spineless when it comes to doing the right things. Instead they depend and act on what they can benefit from it. They compete with each other on who get the most projects, how much of wealth they can siphon out to foreign countries and how much of land and properties they can steal without care.

There is a famous quote "The Americans give help and intrude even though they are not needed." Our Najib is now offering and giving advice on Islam and racism when this country is creating wave of extreme Islamism and racial discomfort in the form of Perkasa, Keris waving and spitting on the walls of Chinese Assembly Hall.

To top it all Rosmah heads honours list in conjunction with 72nd birthday of Yang di-Pertua Negeri Tun Mohd Khalil Yaakob (who enrich himself through bribes and corruption and given this post in return for sealing the truth behind UMNO's money stolen by Mahathir and Daim through third parties)for killing Altantuya.

So given and living this kind of suicidal environment Malaysia is not a safe haven to live and have a future to begin with for our BRAINS to come home to.

Mr Condom

The hearts do not forget nor forgive

Umno: Ladang Rakyat plan ‘not good’

GUA MUSANG: The Ladang Rakyat (People’s Plantation) mooted by the Kelantan government will only bring misery and suffering to people earning below RM1,500 monthly, said Umno deputy division chief Mat Yusof Abdul Ghani.

He claimed that the land-sharing system would not benefit the people because in the end, the contracts to manage the land would be given to big companies and the people would remain landless.

“What I understand is that the people taking part in the land scheme will only be paid dividends and nothing more,” he told reporters after handing out RM200 each to 350 students from families that earn less than RM1,500 a month at SK Sri Wangi here.

“What about land ownership? They will never get land titles, as big crony companies would reap the benefits of the large tracts of land.

“The People’s Plantation is sure to be an issue here and we (Umno) will go to town with it in all our ceramah because the people in Gua Musang will be on the losing end.

“We will also bring up the RM4bil gift from a businessman to the PAS central committee. It is impossible for a company to just give money after securing land in Tumpat alone. PAS has a lot of explaining to do.”

Mat Yusof, who is the Nengiri assemblyman, was also confident that PAS would not dare to bring up the oil royalty issue and claim that the Federal Government was victimising the people because the Kelantan Federal Develop-ment Department had disbursed at least RM20mil in compassionate money to poor students who were denied money from the fund for hardcore poor by the PAS Kelantan government.

“The people here are fed-up with the oil royalty issue because they do not feel victimised in anyway whatsoever, and the banners claiming that Kelantanese had been victimsed had been thrown away,” he added.

“The compassionate fund is specially tailored for Kelantanese, and the money is efficiently channelled to them without prejudice.”

He also said that in Galas constituency, there were at least1,500 people from hard-core poor families who needed the compassionate fund to help with their daily expenditures.

Kelantan wants RM9.7b oil royalty from well on Terengganu border

KOTA BARU: While the claim for RM2bil in oil royalty from the Federal Government has not been resolved, Kelantan has now made a new claim for RM9.7bil from oil production bordering with Terengganu.

State Economic Planning, Finance and Welfare Committee chairman Datuk Husam Musa claimed that an oil production platform known as the Star Platform, which had been in operation since 1984 between Kelantan and Terengganu waters, had reaped RM9.7bil in oil royalty for the Federal Government.

He said the claim was made based on the press statement given by former Kelantan Mentri Besar Tan Sri Mohamad Yaakob on Sept 5, 1990 that Kelantan was willing to share with Terengganu the revenue from the oil well bordering the two states.

”For now, we are only sure about the location of one oil production platform while we are studying two others to find out whether they too are operating at the Kelantan-Terengganu offshore border.

”We will find a way for Petronas to reconsider the status of a number of overlapping oil wells between Kelantan and Terengganu. We have officially conveyed our stand and views as well as our claims to Petronas, and it is up to them to decide on the amount,” he told a news conference here on Monday.

Last year, Kelantan made a claim from the Federal Government for RM2bil in royalty from oil production in its waters and voiced its intention to take the matter to court.

However, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the Federal Government would replace the oil royalty with wang ehsan (compassionate payment) for the state beginning this year, from oil production which was outside Kelantan’s coastal waters.

He had said the Kelantan government had no right to oil royalty as the two disputed oil wells were located 150 nautical miles from Kelantan’s coastal waters.

On the meeting between the state government and Petronas last Friday, Husam described it as positive while the state government had made it known that the payment must be made to the state government and it did not recognise oil royalty in the form of wang ehsan.

He said from the meeting, he gathered that Petronas had paid the Federal Government RM75mil in oil royalty from 2007 to 2008 and for 2009, it was estimated to be RM50mil, and that amount should be received by Kelantan.

UMNO deputy division chief Mat Yusof Abdul Ghani should not be giving Kelantanese HARAM Deal.

The Oil Royalty issue is very much alive in the hearts of the Kelantanese. The RM2 billion owing to them can bring in modern infrastructure, better medical care, better education and better living condition.

Mat Yusof is one of many UMNO Malays in Kelantan, who enjoyed and received haram money from the Federal Government. Now talk about RM20 million in compassionate money to poor students and 1,500 hard-core families in Galas Constituency. Had Che Hashim Sulaima not died, Mat Yusof would not had remember the hard-core in Galas.

Mat Yusof my question to you is, "what is RM20 million compassionate money when the Federal Government had stolen and acted in HARAM manner over the RM2 billion owing to KELANTANESE."

The day Sultan Muhammad V becomes the Agong, I believe people like Mat Yusof would pound on their chest saying they should have die alongside with Che Hashim Sulaiman.

RPK as Prime Minster

Forming a Third Force is not a bad idea. Given that Azmin Ali wants to be Menteri Besar of Selangor better still Prime Minister if Anwar is send away for good.

With strong cables from UMNO especially those with tons of money and connection joining all the dots for Azmin Ali, he is way ahead of everyone who dares to challenge him further in PKR. It is on everyone's tongue that without UMNO backing, Azmin Ali would not be brazen in cheating and creating havoc at the voting centre everywhere.

Mahathir can tell the world he is no gambler but he plays poker with people lives like drinking water. Keeping Azmin Ali as the trump card if UMNO were to lose in the 13th General Election, is how Mahathir can keep his secrets buried for life.

So for those who want to see big changes and does not worship Anwar, form a Third Force and choose RPK as the leader, for he is born with great leadership in his vein. A man with all the hidden files in his hands would send shivers down the spine of the corrupted ones. Plus a strong will-power to set things right for us. Do we not deserve to have someone like him?

Haram money

I am sick and tired of reading and hearing about the "HARAM MONEY" in Penang. You don't want it, good, return it and shut up. There are many Malays here in Taman Maluri who are dying to have that money. Just pass it over.

In the meantime the UMNO in Penang can tell the Malays not forgetting themselves to return all their assets, holidays allowances, Mecca trips and other expenditures they have received for the past 35 years since all the money they received from Gerakan are also HARAM MONEY. How about the mosques and surau built by the UMNO elites, were they not from HARAM MONEY?

The money given by Mahathir, Pak Lah and Najib to Felda settlers and other Malays and the yearly ang pows. All of them came from Magnum, Big Sweep, Toto and Genting. You think these leaders work and earn them. Bull Shit.

Even Royalties get their allowances from the gambling den.

So if the Penang UMNO and certain Malays think they are too good to receive the money from the Penang CM. Return them by all means and I dare you to tell the other Malays to do likewise. I strongly believe the workforce in Putrajaya would be naked, homeless and not a penny in their name if they listen to such haram advice.
